Tissue engineering for novel imaging approaches
We develop novel technologies by engineering biological tissues using unique synthetic materials, such as hydrogels. These materials modify the physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of biological tissues and cells, making the biological content within the tissues readily observable with imaging tools, including light microscopes.
